At rapidstriclothing, every piece is designed to celebrate the many dimensions of femininity through thoughtful details, embroidery, lace, and modern silhouettes. If your order does not meet expectations, we’re here to support you with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or alterations cannot be accepted.


How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • rapidstriclothing is not responsible for lost return packages.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Intimates, bodysuits, or accessories worn close to the body

If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or style:

  • Submit a return request

  • Once approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet standard return conditions (unused, tagged, original packaging).


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
